I can no longer access my databases and it the panel tells me that I need to contact and admin to get my account active again?  To whom should I be PM'ing?

You'll need to send a private message to the alias 'admin' (without quotes). You can do so by going to his profile: http://www.freemysql.net/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1 and then clicking on the link "Send this member a personal message."

State the problem that you are having and also include your username, password and email address in that private message.
