Can't Connect to MySQL Server

I create my Database medwws, but i can not access from the MySQL Workbenck nor the Navicat, i'm using the date from theemail send ub with my account information

SQL HOST: SQL09.FREEMYSQL.NET

Maybe i'm lost and need some direction if there is a Panel in which I can create the Tables, etc, etc, of this is via as i tyr t connect..  Please Adivse

Now I was able to connect to the Administer my DB by Clicking trhe SQL0.freemysql.net Link under the Client area, it was not clear for me that was there  the control panel, will be more beneficial is if in the dame menu that the others (change password, manage the DB, Etc.)

Now, that i create w DB and i have one table created, how can I access it from a Java Swing, or MySql Workbech, seems that is not connecting thourh part 3306 .....   

Connection  "My User ID"@208.11.220.249  port 3306

Is this correct?
