Cannot login due to php error

When I try to login I get this error :

Fatal error: Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in /home/freemys/public_html/v2/user_system/mpanel_config.php on line 25

Any suggestions or is this a temp bug in the site ?

Yea just a bug with a new module we had placed on the server, should be fixed now.
