You'll need to send a private message to the alias 'admin' (without quotes). You can do so by going to his profile: http://www.freemysql.net/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1 and then clicking on the link "Send this member a personal message."

State the request that you would like the admin to perform, and also include your username, password and email address in that private message for identification.
