sign-up system down

The sign-up system is currently down, when will it be again available? Is it possible for me to activate a profile in order to use the mysql database directly by this forum or before that the system works?

Users who wish to use a database must complete the online registration form. It's not known yet when the form will be available. The network administrator is working hard at bringing it back up online again.
