Account access issuse? - activation, re-activation, banned? / Database name already taken

Hi,
I created a database called "postman" and then deleted it a few minutes later because I wanted to name it something else. Then I realised you can only use letters and numbers, so I decided to stick with 'postman', although now it won't let me create this database as the name is already taken.
Is it possible to rectify this?
