Hi,

I have several queries about the service that have me curious and I hope you can answer.

I tried to connect to my account through the CLI from my installed MySQL server but I cannot.
The CLI hangs for a long while. I tried the same with MySQL workbench and it succeeds.
Any idea why this is?

The control panel shows that I have a database. The workbench says I have no databases.
And I cannot create anything anyway. Why the disparity?

It never been like this. Servers are down 4 or 5 days, i don't even count anymore.
Could you fix it?
I know that this is free and all, but please it is getting on my nerves. As soon as servers go on, i am collecting my sql databases and moving to payed hosting.
So could you please fix servers?

This server is down since Saturday 04/28, and there is no any message or announcement from Admin regarding status. I did sign up for this server a week ago. Is this typical status for this server or it is just temporary maintenance/update issue?

Hello.

I got the following message when I try to login:
Access denied for user 'doctorslo'@'208.11.220.249' (using password: YES)

Is this because of updates or you banned my account?
(My username is doctorslo, as you can see.)

If you banned me, please tell me what I was doing wrong.
I was hosting free accounts in database for my product.
I'm giving people option to try my product first, so I used this database to remember some of their info.
